Summary:The fault information provided by each application system of distribution network is incomplete and inaccurate, which seriously affects the efficiency of fault location and repair. This paper presents the principle and architecture of fault location system in distribution network based on multisource incomplete information. The fault location system collects the information of equipment account, geographical and topological relationship provided by asset management system and geographic information system. Then, the fault information provided by operation control system, distribution automation system, metering system and marketing system is integrated for fault diagnosis, to realize fast and accurate fault segment location of distribution network. Finally, the public blackout information pool is established to provide information support for distribution network fault repair and customer service.
