Summary: | Authors developed a system to evaluate dementia from responses to questions about the elderly's daily life events that a communication robot asks to them. For example, the communication robot asks the elderly person what he/she gave for his/her grandchild's birthday in a few days. At the same time, the robot asks the grandchild via Social Networking Service (SNS) what the present was. Dementia is evaluated by storing the response results in Neo4j, a graph database, and comparing them. The results are also informed to families of the elderly person via SNS. |
