Summary:Planetary differential gear train is widely used in various speed synthesis and decomposition mechanisms because of its small size, large transmission ratio and strong bearing capacity. The configuration design of multi-stage planetary gear is complex, so it is difficult to obtain a complete configuration scheme. In this paper, the configuration design of two-stage planetary differential gear train with double planetary gears is studied. All possible configuration schemes are obtained by changing the connection types between the basic components in the planetary row. Taking part of the configuration scheme as an example, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to optimize the scheme by establishing hierarchical model, determining fuzzy consistent matrix and calculating index weight. The research shows that according to the combination of the basic components in the planetary row, the complete NW type multi-stage planetary differential gear train with double planetary gears can be obtained, which can provide the basic configuration scheme for the innovative design and optimization of multi-stage planetary gear transmission.
