Summary:In this paper, a stripline directional coupler is presented to be used in an innovative immunity injection method. To achieve immunity injection in integrated circuits(ICs), the coupler needs to be designed with traces, and has high-efficiency injection. The size of the coupler is obtained based on the striping coupling theory and traces in ICs. According to the simulation results, the coupling coefficient of the coupler is 8dB within the 200 ~ 700MHz, the measured coupling coefficient is 7dB, the in-band fluctuation is less than 2 dB, which can meet the requirements of ICs immunity tests.
