Summary: | Acetamidinium-substituted methylammonium lead iodide (MAPI) based perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have shown promising performance. This work demonstrates acetamidinium-substituted MAPI-based PSCs fabricated on stainless-steel substrate which can be used for various flexible applications. The preliminary fabrication runs exhibited the power conversion efficiency (PCE) upto 5.3%. The short circuit current density (J sc ), open circuit voltage (V oc ) and fill factor (FF) obtained for the best PCE device are −12.69 mA/cm 2 , 0.77 V and 54% respectively. The work is currently in progress to obtain better performing solar cell devices and understand the responsible physical mechanisms behind their behavior. |
