3D printed microtoroid resonators and nested double spiral waveguides
Three-dimensional monolithically integrated polymer microtoroid resonator-waveguide system and nested-double-spiral waveguides are fabricated and characterized. Transmission of 30Gb/s non-return-to-zero data and 28Gb/s pulse amplitude modulation-4 data is demonstrated.
