Summary:A simple and fast calibration method based on contact time was designed to solve limitations of the current dynamic force calibration system, including complex structure of the calibration device and a time-consuming debugging and calibration process. A dynamic measurement system of contact force was established based on the range of shock spectrum from zero to infinity. The contact time and contact force were measured, and the dynamic characteristics of the force measurement system were analyzed with respect to time and frequency. The evaluation method based on contact time was able to effectively identify the dynamic characteristics of different force measuring systems and reduce the dynamic measurement error. At the same time, this method is appropriate for the simple evaluation of dynamic force measurement at a test site.
