Summary: | Rapid developments in technology have made widespread use of digital technologies in almost every sector. With the spread of these digital technologies, companies have found themselves in an inevitable process of digital transformation. Companies that have started to take part in a new digital ecosystem have tried to provide their competitiveness and sustainability to compete with the benefits of digital transformation. However, a successful digital transformation process has become a necessity to counter the disruptive power of digital transformation. In this study, critical factors necessary for successful digital transformation are analyzed. Fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) technique extension of cognitive maps (CM), which helps to analyze the relationship between these factors and allows scenario analysis for future situations, has been utilized with the thought that these factors are related to each other. These factors are discussed from the perspective of the aviation industry, one of the industries where the effects of digital transformation are intensely observed. |
