Summary:Based on the DEMATEL method, this paper constructs the risk assessment model of unsalable agricultural products, which can reduce the risk of unsalable agricultural products to a certain extent when producers make production decisions. The main process is to build a DEMATEL method to extract the main factors that lead to unsalable agricultural products, including market demand of fresh agricultural products, production decision-making basis, information asymmetry between the main bodies of the supply chain, and farmers' fresh product planting area. In order to better predict the unsaleable situation of agricultural products in the next cycle, the unsaleable risk assessment system of fresh agricultural products was constructed in practical application, and the model example was analyzed to verify the scientific nature and feasibility of the model.
