Summary:Smart energy meters are commonly used in power grids in various countries at present. However, in the process of using smart meters, there is no effective online measurement method, which results in the inability of smart energy meters to measure accuracy at the site of use. The energy measurement risk in the field environment cannot be assessed. In order to achieve accurate on-site verification of smart energy meters in use without affecting user power consumption, this paper studies the whole life cycle quality assessment and risk warning technology of smart grid energy metering system, and develops temperature-controlled high-precision remote smart energy meter calibration equipment. The equipment adopts the method of "measurement risk grading management + field calibration + laboratory final judgment" to realize fast field verification and effective measurement performance evaluation of the smart meter in use, provide useful exploration for energy measurement in complex environment.
