Summary:In this paper, a resource management method of multiple phased array radars for multi-target tracking is proposed. In order to minimize the track resource usage while still guaranteeing multi-target continued tracking performance, a novel resource allocation model is presented in which the parameters include radar-to-target assignment, revisit time and dwell time can be optimized. And an improved PSO is proposed to solve the optimization problem. The performance of the allocation model and improved PSO is demonstrated by the simulation.
