Summary:Judging from the actual operation experience of the power grid, the current power flow control in thunderstorm weather cannot meet the requirements of power system operation stability. A method that can accurately and quickly control the power grid based on dynamic lightning protection technology was discussed. Based on the real-time lightning detection results and the combination with the dynamic lightning protection master terminal of the smart grid, this method can implement power flows adjustment and power loads shifting. Therefore the dynamic balance of the transmission network and distribution network are realized.
