Summary:The purpose of the development of the study is to provide a new avenue for academic institutions to contribute and elevate new methods and processes to student's safety. With the fast-changing methods, immersion to the technological advancement and environmental approach to security and safety will contribute to the fulfillment of the Universities' goal in promoting the welfare and safety of the students inside and outside the school premises. Employing Rapid Application Development is the best development model used in this development. The survey shows that the students find the mobile application usable and reliable in case of emergency and incidents concerning academic and non-academic matters.
