Summary:In moving with the modern era of Industry 4.0, it is required to understand the computation process to perform better. The process plant industry consists of many complicated versions of performance and stays update. Since the way system engineers work for reliability is still needed to revise as a present way only looks for the deterministic model, not a stochastic model to predict reliability. This research mainly focuses on the prediction of the reliability of the control valve used in the process plant. The Bayesian distribution and Weibull distribution both are used to visualize the reliability for control valves and also to visualize the mode of failure which can occur in control valve performance. These results also give information on the maintenance of the instrument. In sense, did component can be repaired or its life cycle is approaching to end.
