Summary:This paper presents the construction and prototyping of the Hybrid Unmanned Aerial Underwater Vehicle (HUAUV) capable to develop stabilized flights and presents the initial development for conducting dives. There are several vehicles capable of moving on water, and many more vehicles developed for the air environment, but their limitations of performance in both environments lead to the use of HUAUVs. They have as their main characteristic the overcoming of performance dependent on the air-water environment. We discuss mechanical adaptation for navigation in both environments, considering the results of several simulation and modeling works performed previously that prove the improved navigation efficiency of our vehicle.
