Summary:To solve the problems that safety status information was not timely and information accuracy guarantee was costly in the production, transportation and preservation of hazardous chemicals, the safety state control model for hazardous chemicals with four layers of data perception, data cleaning, data fusion and state evaluation is proposed. Firstly, aiming at the inaccuracy of collected data, a data cleaning method was put forward. Secondly, A data fusion method based on rough set and D-S evidence theory was put forward to acquire technical state real-timely and accurately. Thirdly, the migration of technical state would be grasped through evaluation between physical state and target state. Finally, a hazardous chemical factory was taken as the application object to verify the feasibility of proposed technology.
