Summary:This paper proposes a cooperative multiple input multiple-output (MIMO) radar using multiple receiving stations for multiple target localization in indoor environment. The MUSIC method is extended to adopt the multiple-station scenario by overlaying the multiple spectrums observed at all receiving stations. The experiment using simplified respiratory phantoms was conducted in a realistic residence, and showed the median distance error of location with 2 phantoms was 0.61 m when the number of receiving stations was 4.
