Summary:This study presents the fuzzy logic application to evaluate the consumer satisfaction against the variation of the hourly tariff in demand response programs (DR). The DR use a tariff signal or dynamic tariff as a method of optimizing the system, is an important tool, with a wide application. The dynamic tariffs look for minimizes peak demand changing consumer behavior through different tariffs during the day. However, the behavior of the consumer against variable tariffs throughout the day is difficult to model and cannot be treated as a single representation of the price pattern. In this study, will be presented the development of a model using the Fuzzy Logic to better elucidate the characteristics of the human behavior against the variable tariff. The model input variables are the price, demand and freedom of time. As output response has user satisfaction, which represents consumer behavior.
