Summary:We present a comprehensive Lab-on-Chip platform that integrates a CMOS ISFET array with a 3D-printed microfluidic flow cell. The sensing front end is a System-on-Chip, fabricated using an unmodified CMOS technology, which monolithically integrates the sensing array and its instrumentation circuits. A dedicated FPGA-based digital readout system manages data acquisition, buffering, and transmission. The platform supports temperature regulation through a feedback control loop and uses a peristaltic pump for monitoring samples across the ISFET sensing array during dynamic flow, allowing real-time investigation of ion reactions on the surface.
