Summary:The article deals with the concept of religious communication expressed in personality and social orientations. The authors made a comparative study of web presence of various religious organizations (world religions and new religious movements) and their online activity in main social networks and messengers. Basing on sociological surveys (mass survey, focused interviewing), the authors analyze specific character of religious views of active web-users. Finally, they make a conclusion on further religion digitization, emergence of a significant number of religious startups in the future related to the development of web platforms and online services to satisfy users' religious needs.
