Summary: | This article proposes parameter sensitivity analysis for planar self-coupled windings to reduce parasitic inductance in three-capacitor EMI filters. Numerical simulations with variations in six parameters are demonstrated to assess the performance of a compensated filter. From the simulation results, feasible criteria to further improve compensated filter performance for both differential and common modes are proposed. In addition, sensitive parameter values can be avoided to achieve more stable compensation performance. |
