Summary:Using ANSYS workbench to build the finite element model of paper cutter cutting blade, electrostatics analysis on stress and deformation of double-sided offset paper heap, and with the maximum deformation and quality as objective function of the blade, with the width of the back knives and the angle of the blade as design variable optimizing the blade design. After the optimized design, the optimum cutting edge angle of cutting blade in cutting double offset paper is determined, and it provides an idea to determine the best angle of blade for cutting other printing materials at the same time.
