Advanced Spectrometer with Two Spectral Channels Sharing the Same BSI-CMOS Detector

By consisting of 8 sub-gratings to image two sets of 4-folded spectra on the focal plane of a BSI-CMOS detector, a two-channel spectrometer with a resolution of better than 0.1 nm/pixel in the 200-950-nm spectral range is studied with the result measured for the Hg-Ar lamp.
