Summary:We discuss progress in the development, qualification, and productization of SolAero Technology Corp's IMM-\alpha solar cell architecture. The IMM-\alpha has been optimized for highest efficiency at end-of-life (EOL) and at elevated temperature and has a beginning-of-life (BOL) efficiency of 32% (AM0, 1353 W/m^{2}). IMM-\alpha is currently undergoing qualification to the AIAA-S111-2014 standard and transfer to a production manufacturing environment is underway.
