Summary: | The multiple access performance of the single-user correlation receiver for ultra wideband time hopping bipolar modulation impulse radio is analyzed in terms of the signal noise ratio and the bit error rate from spectrum point of view. First, the closed form expression for the signal power spectral density is derived, based on which the closed from expressions for the signal noise ratio and the bit error rate are also derived. According to those expressions, the signal parameters design guides are presented in a straightforward manner to improve the multiaccess performance. Simulations demonstrate the theoretical analysis, and show the influence of signal parameters on the multiaccess performance. |
