Summary:With increasing wind power integration, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty and correlation of wind power in the dynamic economic dispatch to make the result reasonable. The method combined Latin Hypercube Sampling and ordering matrix is used to deal with the characteristic of uncertainty and correlation for wind power quickly. The stochastic model for dynamic economic dispatch is proposed with chance constrained programming, considering with operation risk constraints. It is changed into the deterministic model with scenarios based on the quantile method, and then solved with interior point method very quickly. Finally, the simulation results validate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method. It is shown that the method proposed here is substantially faster than a combination of the Monte Carlo and the Nataf method, but with satisfactory precision.
