Summary: | Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is an efficient dust removal equipment. High voltage power supply is the most important part of ESP. In this paper, a 60kV/60kW high voltage power supply for ESP is designed. It uses a multi module half-bridge quasi resonant circuit, and could offer a wide range of output voltage under the soft switch which could reducing the energy consumption. The working states of the circuit are analyzed in detail, and the rough calculation process of the parameters is given in this paper. In addition, the design essentials of high voltage transformer are also given. Finally, the simulation results verify the correctness of the theory. A 60kV/6kW prototype is designed, which proves the correctness of the simulation. |
