Summary: | The influences of ferrite nanoNi-Zn powders on blood and cells of rats are studied by biological and physiological methods, where the ferrite nanoNi-Zn powders are made by high-temperature oxidized method. The suspension solutions with the concentration of 1 mg/ml are obtained through the ferrite nanoNi-Zn powders to add into the saline solution. When the suspension solutions are injected into the blood of 10rats in experimental group from trail's vein every two days, but the 10 rats in the controlled group are only injected by the saline solution, we measure the blood indexes of ALT, AST, ALB, CRE, BUN, RBC, WBC, HB and whole blood viscosity of rats for the experimental and controlled groups after 9 days. We find that the amount of leucocytes in the bloods in the experimental group is considerably large than that in the controlled group (pangang0.05), by contrast to this, the amount of erythrocytes in the controlled group is considerably high than that in the experimental group (pangang0.01) . The obvious differences show that the ferrite nanoNi-Zn powders have the evident biological effect and can change the biochemical and general indexes of blood of the rats. We measure and collect the infrared spectra of absorption of hemaglobins in the bloods after injection of ferrite nanoNi-Zn powders and find the variations of the strengths and wavenumbers of peaks in their infrared spectra. This shows the molecular structure of hematoglobin changes in such a case. Just so, the above biological effects of ferrite nanoNi-Zn powders occur. |
