Summary: | Galvanic manufacture is very energy-intensive process. Therefore, even a small gain in efficiency can contribute to significant energy savings. The quality of the coating greatly depends on the power supply. This paper presents the results of developing and experimental tests of DC/DC converter prototype for electroplating installation. Proper preparation of the winding stack allows to lower losses in them. The experimental investigation focused on the heating of individual parts of the converter, the distribution of power losses at different loads on the converter output. |
