Summary:In the article the aspects of mathematical modeling of information processes in telecommunication systems and computer networks are considered. The authors have synthesized the models of the dynamics of information processes, due to external aggressive influence and the need to form an adequate informational counteraction to outside interference. Structural links between subjects and objects of informational relations are formalized using a system of differential equations. Based on the implementation of a qualitative analysis of the synthesized models, a set of parameters of information processes was established, which allow them to manage their dynamics effectively, as well as the development of situations in accordance with the specified scenarios.
