Summary:Marine mission planning plays a significant role in ocean resources management. It is the process to observe ocean resources with the object to maximize the tasks required by users and maximize the utilization of ocean observation resources. Aiming to this problem, this paper proposed a generally applicable ocean normal observation task scheduling model based on the Differential Evolution algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves significant performance by comparing to other algorithms.
