Summary:This paper mainly study how to build a new aeroelastic model of hypersonic vehicle. It analyzes elastic deformation made by aerodynamic force which acting on vehicle by piston theory . The analysis tells that the vehicle elastic deformation generates a deflection angle in the front of the vehicle which suffers the aerodynamic characteristics a lot. This angle is defined as induced angle of attack, a totally new state variable which can be used to build a nonlinear model including aeroelasticity hypersonic vehicle. At last, the numerical simulation verifies that the model is correct and it is necessary to introduce induced angle of attack, and dimension of this model is far smaller than others, so it makes it easier to design the controller. This paper proposes how to describe hypersonic vehicle aerodynamic elastic problem, the method is applicable to other vehicles with different configuration, it makes sense to research work on modeling for hypersonic vehicle , control, and relative fields.
