Summary: | In order to simplify the modeling procedure of a hydraulic system, we take advantages of bond graph and circuit network. First, the bond graph of hydraulic system is drawn and then transformed into its equivalent circuit diagram. Then, the transfer function of the system could be directly written with circuit network modeling method. Finally, in order to achieve the expected value of the system quickly, this paper adopts the nonlinear feedback and closed-loop gain shaping algorithm to design the robust controller for the model. Simulation results show that the controller has a satisfactory robustness and the methods of building model and the designed controller are effective with obvious energy-saving performance. |
