Summary: | A novel implementation of high frequency switch matrix is proposed in this paper. The solution is based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) in low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The approach demonstrates significant beneficent of using SIW as a connection and cross transmission of the Switch matrix, offering high isolation and good transition performance in high frequency. A K band 4×4 switch matrix is simulated and fabricated, with good performance demonstrated experimentally. |
