Summary: | In view of the large positioning error caused by DV-Hop algorithm in terms of hop count, average hop distance and estimated position, an improved localization algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is divided into three steps to optimize. The first step, the number of hops is improved by introducing the communication distance. The second step, the optimal hop distance is calculated by using the weighted average number of anchor nodes combined with the minimum mean square error criterion. The third step, the weighted least square method is used to estimate the node coordinates. Simulation results show that the positioning error of the improved algorithm is 12.33%, 16.5% and 10.08% less than the DV-Hop positioning error respectively when the total number of nodes, the communication radius and the proportion of anchor nodes are constant. This effectively improves the positioning accuracy. |
