Summary:Aiming at the problem that traditional 2D Otsu has the large calculation and long computation time, a two-dimensional Otsu image segmentation method based on the cellular genetic algorithm is proposed. By using cellular genetic algorithm to optimize and avoid the characteristics of local optimization, calculating threshold segmentation point of the two-dimensional Otsu image segmentation, and then segmenting the image. The experimental results show that the new algorithm has the advantages of fast segmentation speed, strong anti - noise ability, and can segment the target accurately.
