Summary:X-ray diffraction studies of crystals CaF 2 -ErF 3 , CaF 2 -YbF 3 , Ca x Sr 1-x F 2 were carried out at various concentrations of rare-earth elements. Phase analysis performed by the data base PDF-2. The structural characteristics of the found phases were refined using the full-profile analysis (Rietveld method). The dependence of the lattice constant on the impurity concentration is revealed.
