Summary:The use of chatbot, in general, is gaining popularity in several sectors. However, in the education field, chatbot as a learning tool to improve the teaching is still in its infancy. The course team developed several chatbot prototypes using Agile Software Development. This study evaluated the educational appropriateness of chatbot using Chickering and Gamson's Seven Principles for Good Teaching to improve the delivery of a group assessment in higher education. Findings showed that the use of chatbot addressed five principles in enhancing the traditional course teaching.
