Summary:With the rapid development of the economy, the complications and lightweight of the power transmission shaft system in industrial application equipment continuously increase, and torsional vibration produced by the drive draft will lead the elastic shock in the speed regulating system. In order to solve the torsional vibration which will have an influence on the stable operation of the system, this paper adopts to notch filter, filtering the natural frequency of the system and suppressing the influence of torsional vibration of the system. On the basis of system intrinsic oscillation frequency, this paper designs the corresponding notch filter, coming to its transfer function, and does some experiments combined with a PID controller. The experimental results show that the notch filter designed can effectively suppress the torsional vibration of the system dynamic and steady state to improve the system dynamic and static performance.
