Summary: | LTE on unlicensed bands is a promising strategy in the future communication system. In order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization for LTE operating on both licensed and unlicensed bands, a flexible resource allocation scheme based on utility function is proposed. This scheme optimizes the resource allocation by integrating and dynamically adjusting the resource on licensed bands and unlicensed bands. At the same time, the utility function in this scheme can guarantee the tradeoff between system efficiency and user fairness. Finally, numeric simulation results are given to demonstrate that by comparing with the present cooperation mechanism the performance of the integrated wireless system is improved through the scheme we propose. |
