Summary: | This paper reports on a surface mountable 41.5GHz waveguide narrow band-pass filter with a -3dB bandwidth of 7.2%, realized in LTCC (low-temperature cofired ceramics) technology. This filter is designed and optimized by 3D electromagnetic simulations taking into account CPW accesses. It has been built and presents great experimental performances, with insertion losses lower than 1.6dB. This filter is consistent with a planar integration. |
