Summary:Proposing a theoretical model of calibrating the large-scale unit to its center which is based on the PSD, which is acronym for position sensitive detector, and photoelectric technology. The principle of least square method is applied to the multi-spot fitting the center of the bearing shell and the spatial straight line for optimum calibrating. The numeral partial-differentiation equations set are established and based on the iterative algorithm it can be solved by programming to definite the optimum volume for calibration. The problem about detecting and calibrating large-scale unit to its center is solved properly. Through simulation experiment, the validity of the theoretical model is certificated.
