Then the paper analyzed the relation between capabilities and enterprises' performance through studying the change of capabilities in different enterprise with higher-performance, increasing-performance and decreasing-performance. Also the paper summarized evolvement rules of manufacturing enterprises' capability. The rules can offer academic reference for dynamic programming of capability and forming of continuous competitive advantage
