Summary: | In order to test whether the new GIS (gas insulated enclosed metal switch) equipment have operation conditions or not, at present, the effective way is to carry out field AC withstand voltage test. AC voltage withstand test is mainly the frequency conversion series resonance method. It is very important to accurately calculate the load carrying capacity of the pressure test device when it is necessary to spend a lot of time on the preparation of the field test. When the circuit is in the non-resonant state, it is difficult to determine the relationship between capacitance and voltage. In this paper, a method is proposed to calculate the relationship between the maximum capacitance and voltage under the condition of limiting frequency. The method has been applied to field experiments, and the method is proved to be correct and effective. |
