Summary:Information Technology industry designs various e-services based on the fast delivery, powerful computing and huge storage capacity of cloud computing. the e-service becomes more popular of human life. the service provider builds e-service markets in cloud computing environment to issue the e-services. How to use Information Technology to help people obtain a reasonable e-service is the challenge. in this work, we propose an adaptive e-service for bridging the users and cloud services. It bases on the user profile, mainly through role-based access control model to identify the user and assign the specific role. the user with specific role is authorized the permissions to access the various e-services in cloud computing environment. Then, the utility function and multi-criteria decision analysis model are enforced to optimize the e-service selection in various cloud services. We hope the proposed adaptive e-service can intelligent assist people obtain the reasonable e-service in cloud services environment.
