Summary: | This paper presents a driver to feed an LED tubular lamp using a switched capacitor converter. Usually the gain of switched capacitor converters is given by the topology, not by the duty cycle, but the presented converter can regulate the output voltage by adjusting the duty cycle, what simplifies the system. This paper presents the operation steps, the project, simulation and experimental results. The load is an LED tube lamp of 120 cm long, feed with 450 mA (23 W), and the input voltage is 220 Vrms, 60 Hz. The converter was simulated and experimental results are presented. |
