Summary:The main thermal energy sources in Mongolia are thermal power plants, thermal station and boiler houses. Negative impacts of the thermal energy sources on environment depend on technology and their efficiency. The reduction of negative impacts on atmosphere needs reconstruction and increasing efficiency of steam boilers type BKZ-75-39, which is occupied over 60 % of steam boilers TPPs of Mongolia. This paper mainly describes the some experimental results of reconstructed steam boilers type BKZ-75-39.
