Summary: | Smart skin is made up of ultra-thin with platform conformal antenna system, it embeds super miniaturization of radiating elements and the connection of a transmitter, a receiver and the beam shaper and other equipment, it is widely applied in radar, electronic warfare, communication system, etc. Smart Skin has superior electrical and structural characteristics, it is one attractive thinking which can solve the technical problems in traditional antenna feed system on the aircraft platform [11] . This essay will design a level-4 circuit ultra-small ultra-thin broadband digital phase shift power module based on the theory of "s-band" synchronous clock tree and digital phase shift power module of active phased array system for electronic jamming smart skin test architecture. We adopted various extraordinary design method, such as PCB digital-analog hybrid high density layout design, Sandwich electromagnetic compatibility structure design, electrical-structural integrated design' 21 . Test results show that the design of smart skin can basically be feasible. |
