Nanoantenna Design for THz-band Rectification

This paper proposes a new nanoantenna-design-procedure for single- as well as double-band, CMOS- compatible, room temperature THz rectifiers. The sensitivity of the THz sensors are optimized. In case of double band sensors the cross-talk is kept under control.
