Summary: | Based on energy-saving and quality-keeping drying concept proposed by domestic and overseas scholars in recent years, this paper designs a new experiment scheme. The test was performed on the self-made test bench by means of far infrared convection combined drying method. In this paper, a comprehensive experimental study and analysis of the change rule of heat exchange tube export hot air temperature was carried out, to explore the intrinsic link and interaction between parameters in the drying process. The two orthogonal rotation regression design was made to get the regression equation, and by analyzing the corresponding export hot air temperature response surface, the relationship between the parameters on export hot air temperature was obtained. |
